Damaged or Defective Items?

If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue an unconditional refund. Email siriuscandleco@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date
  • You must include proof of purchase or your order number

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at siriuscandleco@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Once approved, package your item securely in its original box.
3. Ship it to the following address:

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 7 business days for processing

Right to Refuse Refunds or Returns

We reserve the right to deny refund or return requests that do not align with our policies, particularly in cases of:

- Repeated refund or return requests from the same customer or household
- High-volume return activity from the same shipping address or IP address
- Suspected abuse of our return policy
